I am a Master of Social Work and Crossfit Level 1 Trainer. I have 13 years experience as a Social Worker and 5 years experience as a fitness trainer.
My mission is to help individuals manage their physical, mental and emotional health. Research proves that physical fitness can reduce mental health symptoms from depression and anxiety as well as increase self-esteem and overall mood and improves sleep.
